Kasia has just watched and reviewed another of Jake's shows for the college paper. This is about a week after they first met--for Kasia to tutor Jake in genetics.

I like the rhythm of this, it pulled me in. And I ached for Jake at the 'outsider' line. I felt bad for him. And I'd really like to see where this goes.

Tutoring was never that steamy!
It is hard to let people into the inside but harder to be the person who feels like they are being kept outside.
I learned a lot and would be happy to read more.

I was intrigued by the divide between them and the easy way the scene flowed. Lots of questions raised and interest roused by this.

Oh, I loved the way she got the language confused and ended up speaking in Polish. Very indicative of her state of mind...

What a sizzling tutoring experience! You developed the tension in this scene very well. Nicely done!

Three languages fluently? Awesome. I spent 2years in germany and couldn't learn the language.

Terrific dialogue, it has a beat and pulse, perfect for a musician. And I love how she gets her languages confused. Shows how affected she is by him.

You know, I used to tutor. I don't remember anything like this ever happening ... darn.

Great scene. I want Jake to win out in the end. He does, right? :)
Seriously, there was a beautiful rhythym to this--it was calm on the surface with all this tension roiling beneath.
