Blogfest of Death

This one is being hosted by Tessa at Tessa's Blurb. It's all about killing off a character. Since I already had a scene doing just that, I decided to jump in. Follow the link and check out all the death...

I like the idea of using one character to kill another. An interesting variation on the theme.
Why's she leave?
How can she know who died?
Also, bullets have a way of getting through bathroom doors....
Me want to see death!
I feel cheated. sniff
Nice twist!

Great scene! I like the way she slips into the bathroom so that instead of just "he shot him" we get "the mirror on the wall vibrated" :-)

Lots of intrigue here. I'm betting its a complicated plot. Revenge is sweet, though. I liked it.

Oh he really misjudged her, didn't he! Great idea with the leaving and the description of the mirror and sink.

Oho never underestimate a woman!

I second Deniz on the bathroom scene at the end, that was inspired!

Thank you for taking part in my Blogfest o'Death!

Thanks everyone! Going into the bathroom was the plan B she was referring to. She's been kidnpped here and she's going thru that tiny window she mentions - she used Sergei for a distraction ;)

PS. I'm away from home with horrible internet connection - but I am going to get around to everyone when I can this week!

Eric - Don't worry, she'll get to do a few herself in the sequel.

Tessa - Thanks for hosting!

Susan - You're awesome (as always) :)

Raquel - He sure did, but most men tend to.

Donna - Pretty complicated. The Zoja she mentions was her aunt - Sergei killed her years ago. Klara is her cousin - who watched her mother die. So, this revenge was especially sweet.

Deniz - Thanks, glad that worked so well :)

Andrew - Sorry, can't win 'em all ;) See above for why she left. Since she saw the gun pointed at Sergei, she's pretty sure. Even so, she wouldn't really have cared which one it was since Nikolai had her kidnapped with the intent of selling her into prostitution and Frank was his henchman who did the kidnapping, and knocked her around a bit.

Stu - Thanks, I was happy the way this all played out.
Hey, I really liked this twist. It leaves a lot of unanswered questions about what is going on around this situation, but this snippet is great for a hook. Nice work!
