Odds and Ends and Books
A bunch of writer-friends seem to have had releases last month (and a special one coming up in November-- Deadly Contact --can't wait.
Two of my favorite peeps to follow on Twitter have new books--SQUEE!
I couldn't get enough of Kelly Polark's blog tour for her adorable Rockabet. What a fab idea. I'm pretty sure Kelly and I are music twins--or darn close. We also share a dream concert venue--Red Rocks. Amazing, isn't it? I'm thinking our dream line-ups would be different, but we'd each enjoy the other's, I'm sure. Rockabet is on the Christmas list for a few friends/family members with little ones.
The talented, and just so, so sweet, Leigh T. Moore has just released Watercolor. It's the 3rd of the Dragonfly series. I haven't begun this series yet (when it's a series I will wait until I have time for all of them in a row--especially with her writing 'cause I know I will be sucked in!)--but I've read her others. *sigh* She write such great stories. Very real and down to earth. Love, love, love her stuff. I can't wait to delve into all three!
