Self Lovin' Bloghop
The day is here, and while my linky list disappeared last week I'm so happy to see that many re-signed on the new one. Thanks guys.
For those who don't know what this hop is about, well it's simple, really. I wanted to know what you're good at. I started it from a writing standpoint, but it doesn't have to be inclusive to only writers. I have some (amazingly talented) photographers who follow, some (fabulous) artists, assorted various others, and some great friends.
It's too easy to be hard on yourself, and sadly difficult to pat your own back. That's what today is about. Or the whole week. I wanted to give those short on time due to the upcoming A-Z challenge or any reason in general plenty of time to post. It can be as long or short as you like. And if you haven't signed up but are interested, please do. I'd love to come to your place and read about your greatest talent. :)
For me, in regards to writing, it was a toss up but I'm going with dialogue. Funny since I'm not a chatty sort of person. But my dialogue is clean and concise. I was always decent at it, but it definitely had to be honed into what m betas/CP's call sparkly. And I don't write about vampires in any way... who knew. ;)
Sometime soon I will be blogging about dialogue and offering some tips. I also have a characterization and voice post planned for the near future.
So if you're not signing up to do a post, maybe let me know in comments ... what is it you do oh so well?

And dialogue can be tough to nail. That's a good strength.
Happy reading and writing! from Laura Marcella @ Wavy Lines
For me in writing, I've been told I'm very good at writing emotion and visceral reactions. Whew. It was hard to say what I'm good at. I'm so much better at finding and magnifying my flaws. lol!
Great blog hop idea!
I'm so glad you're enjoying this, Liz. We seem to be following one another around the blogs today, lol.
Headed to check your post out soon Crystal.
Deniz, thanks girlie. I appreciate that. :)
Laura, thanks for stopping by!
Meredith, glad you signed back up, thanks!
No worries, Alex. Even my favorite ninja deserves a break. (And yes, you did sign up on the original (now vanished) list.)
My talent? Listening I think. And appreciating.
Anyway, I like your bloghop idea, though! I think one thing I'm good at is teaching; I've learned a lot from my students, and it made me a better teacher (though I still have a lot to learn).
